Our trip to Albufeira was an exciting adventure, although we encountered a few hiccups along the way. One of the surprises was discovering upon arrival that we couldn’t flush toilet paper, which would have been helpful information to have before we booked the property. While it turned out not to be a significant inconvenience, it highlighted the importance of clear communication from hosts regarding house rules. Additionally, the layout of the shower necessitated extra towels because the area outside the shower doors tended to get wet, which was something we hadn't anticipated in our packing.
Despite these minor setbacks, our overall experience was quite enjoyable. The accommodation's location proved to be a big advantage, providing easy access to nearby attractions and the beautiful beaches that Albufeira is known for. We were especially pleased with the spaciousness of the property; it allowed our group to spread out comfortably. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat, and upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary rosé wine and beer, setting a great tone for the trip.
One of our favorite features of the property was the charming outdoor area at the back, where we could relax and soak in the lovely weather. It served as the perfect spot for enjoying our drinks, basking in the sun, and taking in the tranquil surroundings. The combination of good amenities and a pleasant environment made our stay enjoyable, and despite the minor inconveniences, we left Albufeira with wonderful memories and a desire to return.
