Impressions
During my trip to Albufeira, Portugal, I stayed at the Albufeirainn - Coral-3 T1 apartment. While the apartment had its pros, such as its convenient location, parking facilities, spaciousness, good Wi-fi, and satellite TV, the biggest drawback was that it was freezing cold. Due to its north-facing position, the apartment received no sunlight whatsoever. The absence of duvets and the only presence of blankets made it difficult to keep warm, despite the use of a small electric radiator that was virtually useless unless you sat right next to it. Having been to Portugal numerous times before, I had never encountered such cold conditions at an accommodation. To make matters worse, there was only one set of towels provided for the entire week and no proper means of drying them, especially on damp days.
Despite the freezing temperatures, I made sure to spend as little time as possible inside the apartment. This led me to cancel an extra booking we had made and find alternate accommodation that would provide better comfort. However, the positive aspects of the Albufeirainn - Coral-3 T1 should not be overlooked. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the parking facilities were convenient, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience with our rental car. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with reliable Wi-fi and satellite TV, which kept us entertained during our downtime.
In conclusion, while the Albufeirainn - Coral-3 T1 apartment had some positive aspects such as its location, parking facilities, spaciousness, good Wi-fi, and satellite TV, the experience was marred by its freezing temperatures. The lack of sunlight, absence of duvets, and inadequate towels and drying options made it incredibly uncomfortable and inconvenient. Despite the positive aspects, these drawbacks led us to cancel and find better accommodation for our stay in Albufeira.
